Hi everybody - Just thought that now we on Los Naranjos are now approaching completion ( Doesn't seem 5 minutes since we were feeling envious of the Jardineers completing, and feeling ours was way off in the distance ) it would be nice to find out if there is anyone else on the forum that is in Jardin 7. We know of a few nice people on other gardens as well as the nutters over on Le Jardins but there doesn't seem to be that many on Jardin 7. P.S. Thought I'd better add that the nutters on Le Jardins are very nice people too This message was last edited by cuz on 8/14/2008.

We are on Jardine 7, haven't arranged a date yet as I'm waiting to sort a few things out with my agent so won't finalise things until September. We will be out on holiday last week in August and have arranged to collect our NIE's then.

completing on 30th september.we have a 2-bed first floor appartment N562.great to hear from other jardin 7 owners.does anyone know which way round our pergolas are?
not too bothered but am interested to know.

Hi Everyone - We managed to get our date to 3rd October, as we had already booked flights and accommodation for the 12th September, we couldn't go out again so soon after, so have to go with POA. - We have arranged to collect our NIEs when we're there in September. - Ladylola is on Jardin 4, and I think her date is 24th October. - According to our plans, our pergola should be at the front. I have emailed PW to ask for confirmation of this, but as of now I haven't had a reply, as you say it would be nice to know.

Hi all
My partner and I are buying apartment N614 (1st Floor) on Jardin 7
In the process of finalising dates with Polaris although we are out 1st Sep -11th Sep for a holiday and stopping on La Torre so should hopefully firm up a few things then
Look forward to meeting you all in due course around the pool !

Hi Evereryone, Martyn here, I've managed to get on the computer while June is distracted but she'll be back soon so here's the news. We have heard back from PW today regarding our pergola. They have confimed that it is in the front as per our contract plan.

We are in N615 & N616 which is on the end of the jardin. Ours backs on to Jardin 8, the opposite end to the Clubhouse when its built. We complete 3rd Oct but won't be out till November to furnish etc. We will be back out for New Year celebs so hope to meet new neighbours so we can all see in the first new year in our new Spanish houses. Maybe one of the new "Residents" ( Carol & Friends ) will organise something for all the part timers for both Jardineers & Noranjoseers. Then we can have one BIG party for all on Condado who are there, meet everyone in one hit, sounds good to me.

Hi to all on Jardin 7. We have just returned from a visit to Condado whilst on holiday and managed to sneak in and have a look at our place. Despite everything being covered in 1/2" of dust and the pool full of dirty water, once cleaned up it will be really good and as the show appartments are currently looking. One concern I had was that the lorries that are moving the dirt out from where the lake is going to be seem to be passing the back of our Jardines and the area was full of dust.
I'm hoping that they re-route the traffic once the appartments have been handed over. Other than that we were very impressed with everything. The sizes of the rooms, although not massive, actually seemed larger in real life than the photos on the forum.

Hi Phil and Deb - Good to hear you had a good trip - Like you, we are a bit concerned about the lorries but hopefully they will be finished by the time completions start - BTW Did you get your date? - You say you snuck in for a look at your apartment, could you drive up to it? and was it at the weekend when there are no workmen around? We're there in a couple of weeks, so hoping to do the same - Did you manage to get any photos? - It will be interesting to see how it's changed when we go

We haven't got a date arranged yet as I have been putting PW off until I sort a few things out with my agent who is stil out in Spain. Our agent drove us to the actual Los Naranjos showhomes, which look fantastic. He then drove us along an inner road until we reached our Jardine where he pulled over. We then got out and quickly walked to our place to have a look. It was during the week but there weren't many workers about oddly enough and the security guy gave up after he pointed us in one direction but but we took off in another. I suppose if you decide to have a look, just play dumb and say your visiting the showhomes. If you get challenged say you got lost...!!!
Sorry, didn't get any photos as we hadn't planned the trip. I do hope that the lorries do go soon as the area around us is very dusty due to this traffic and until they do go I can't see PW starting to finish things off ie: planting, landscaping, general cleaning up, etc....
Until they do this the appartments will continue to get dusty. I hope you do get to have a look but it is a bit of a shock to see our Jardine all dusty and not quite finished...lot of tidying up to do....just after visiting the showhomes. I just hope that when we all do complete they have managed to match the finish of the show Jardine. Good luck when you visit and hope you get to have a look, let us know what you think if you get the chance to see for yourself.

I find it very strange that we have had 340 views of this post and yet there are only 4 of us admitting to being on Jardin 7 - Is it because there are a lot of shy people on our Jardin or are they making sure we're all certified sane before talking to us. lol --------We are out there this weekend so hopefully will have lots of wonderful information when we get back - If anyone else is out there we are meeting at the bar on Saturday at 8'o clockish. - It would be great to see you there

we are going out there on 27th sept' can't wait to see the place.are you going to take photo's of our jardin(7)?we would like to see how the pool and gardens are looking.
our best friends have bought a ground floor appartment opposite us(ours is N562).he does not seem to post on this forum or any other,he just seems to get all his info' from me.don't think he knows how to switch on his computer!

Just returned from a trip to Condado and have posted some photos on the site. The progress is amazing since we first went in March this year
The first 2 photos are of Jardin 5 where the show apartment is, but the others are of Jardin 7 where we are buying (N614). Even managed to dodge the builders for a sneaky pic from our solarium

Hi guys,
I know some of you are going out soon. Could someone try and find out what they intend to do with the space when the town centre was going to be. At the moment it looks like there is a massive gap and when I was out there last month I was told it would be landscaped.
Some feed-back would be appreciated.
