Accommodation Available for Completions

First of all, good luck and congratulations to all you lucky people buying in Los Naranjos!  Know just how you feel with the completions coming in several months sooner than expected - you think you've got ages and then suddenly it all happens really quickly and you realise how much you need to organise!

Our apartments in Jardin 12 will be available for rent from the beginning of September if anyone is interested in staying on Condado whilst out there to view the show apartments, collect NIE numbers, snagging, completions, sorting out furniture etc etc.  The apartments are both two bedroomed Jardin apartments with the roof terrace.  

We are happy to do a nightly rate for people that only need accommodation for a few nights rather than a full week.    We are keeping the rates very reasonable at this stage as there is little in the way of facilities but it might suit people to stay on the resort so they are in the area and able to get a feel for the resort.  

I will be able to provide photos of the furnished apartments at the beginning of September as we are going over middle of August to set everything up.  If you're interested, please get in touch and I'll let you have the details.
