For those who don't know PSOE  this is the opposition party in Spain and yesterday afternoon the majority of the  La Zenia "18" who are actually 22  met with the Orihuela Costa branch and the Costa Blanca News to highlight the fact San Jose had tried to evict us there were  2 SARC members present with us too.

I realise this does'nt really help anyone but just thought PURCHASERS would like to know we are keeping all our profiles alive we are attending another metting on friday and there will be  an article in the CBN though not sure what it will say

Well done to all of you - keep up the good fight - and look forward to reading about it in the CBN on Friday!  If you start an on-line petition, we will be happy to sign it.  Have you looked at Maria's advice on this website about rental contracts by the way?  As our contract was due to end at the end of December, we looked into it, and Spanish law states that we have the right to stay here so long as it is our main residence, which it is, until WE decide to give one month's notice.

Hi to you all.

I often view this forum, and others, for views,news, comments and advice etc. as I am experiencing similar problems elsewhere in Spain.  Any help is welcome as I am sure many others would agree.

Just a quick point though.  I believe PSOE ( Partido Sociaista Obrero Espanol ) is the party of  Jose Luis Rodriguez ZAPATERO, the Ruling Party in Spain. So the meeting was indirectly with representatives of the Governement. Make of that what you will.

I am afraid, sadly, I have learned to trust nobody.

Please don't think I am being 'picky'. Just thought it worth mentioning.

this is reality acos there's no crock a gold  ta be fownd at --------the reason is because it was stolen/ spirited away by the wicked witch/wizard at San Jose who broke their country's laws by illegal actions who dishonoured the country of Spain by showing us that the law here is toothless with no will by the law to punish  those who know how to play the system to their own crooked advantage.

While Herrado de Tollo may have no money and I question where did all of the deposit money dissappear too ( not into a clients  bank account as the law  requires). It has not been properly explained to either my solicitor's or my satisfaction as to were the deposit monies have gone. This question has not been addressed in full by the administrators who in my opionion are not acting in clients bests interests but those of the parent company but at the cost to clients of SJ subsidary HdT who in effect are one in the same. There will be a day of reckoning for SJ this question is not going to go away those of us who want our money back and prepared to fight for it even if it means SJ goes to the wall.

We are assured that SJ have assets outweighing their debts so if HdT cant pay then SJ must..

Finally can I ask with respect that you stay on your own thread where you can peddle your twaddle to your hearts content for those that want to read the tripe you have to say.

Don,t post very often but i feel i must defend old twigit. He arrived on the forum quite dramatically and was repremanded by several and told to create his own thread and stay on it. Personally i agreed with this as i never found him in any way amusing. But to be fair to him he did exactly that. Unfortunately the peope that suggested he stay on his own thread for some reason or other kept going on there and poking him with a stick. We now are back to square one with his babbling all over the place which is unpleasant for many. Even though she does not know it i am one of JA,s biggest fans but must ask her to defend here actions which have resulted in twigits return.

I must first say I can not stand the ramblings of old Twigidiot and I am like you a bit p s d off that he is now ruining every thread .

I must also agree with you that he did agree to but never kept to his own thread therefore niether did the rest of us .

I must apologies to members as at one point I was convinced he was Tonymal (SARC ) I always knew he was one of the SARC leaders just wasn't sure which one .As you say his appearance on the forum was quite dramatic .In fact it was about as dramatic as the disappearance of Brianmags (AKA Tonymal's all singing all dancing monkey )

Brianmags  was extremely good at getting things wrong .When ever Tonymal left him in charge of  posting on behalf of SARC . Tonymal used to come back on and spend all day correcting the balls up Brianmags had created  .Tonymal used to give the monkey a SARC script and he still tied himself in knots and got it all mixed up .Just goes to show most of it was lies .It was really hysterical all the same. Such muppets !

So the way I see it Twigidiot is Brianmags and the yorkshire accent /scriptoid stuff that irritates the hell out of most of us is just a cover as Brianmag's spelling grammer and construction of the English language was truly the worst I have ever seen any where on this forum .I can't think what irritates me most ,Twgidiots crap or Brianmag's lack of command of the English language !

Yes the La Zenia 22 have decided to let the world know SJ have illegally tried to evict us by fair means or foul ,after all they have treated almost all posters on this forum badly. Quite happy for all the press to blacken the name of SJ and Ambasun too

Brian in answer to your question there is only 2 couples who have a contract without a date they have been insitu some 3 years the rest of or contracts say quite clearly we are entitled to live in SJ accomodation until out houses are build which we all know will be never
