customer services for key holding

hi to all,

could anybody help with either the customer services[portacabins] tel no or email, as i wish to contact them to release the key for entry to the apartment to enable furniture to be installed.

I sent a similar request to callcenter@polarisworld.com and received a prompt response back confirming the release of keys to a third party

If you email EDVCONDADO@polarisworld.com and state your plot number and person you are giving authority to then they will confirm to you when the key can be picked up.
