Measurements for 2 bed in jardin 5

Hi Julie & Suzeb.

Whilst taking the measurements it soon became clear that not all of the walls were straight. Not by much but there was a slight difference

Here are the measurements as promised

From breakfast bar into bay 317.5cm

(taking the same measurement along the wall there was a difference of .5cm. not a lot but it may be that it`s an important .5)

From Wall to wall across window 222cm

From window wall to end of small wall 108.5 cm

From long window to breakfastbar 207cmFrom Door to opposite wall (bathroon wall ) 285cm

From Wall  to wall width ways ( Not inc the recess under stairs ) 454cm

Recess from its narowest piont to widest point length ways 112cm

Going into recess at its narrowest point 90cm At its widest taking measurement to wall as far as the hall way 218cm

Hight of alcove at its highest point 157cm

Kitchen - Fridge Freezer space  height 187cm  Width . 64cm.

Lengh of Breakfast bar 157.5 Width ( dont know why but  Ham has only put this measurement down in inches which are 31 inches.

Largest bedroom Window wall 306cm

Outside wall  not inc wardrobes 272cm

Opposite wall  also 272cm

Smaller Bedroom  Window wall 234 cm

Wall from closed door  to window wall 282cm

opposite wall Ham has put 123.5 inches.

Just a quick note to say on the short wall in lounge there are 2 electric sockets. If you want to plug in a lampfor instance it will cut down on the space you have to put your settee as the sockets are about a quarter way up wall.

in the smaller bedroom all sockets are geared to have bed or beds side on to window wall. Depending on where you buy your bed will determine if you can do it that way, From what we have been advised. Ikea beds without head or foot boards are the longest. uk & spanish beds manufactured to accomodate us brits are shorter but spanish beds sold to the spanish are shorter still.

I do have bathroom measure ments if you want them too.

But I will say as it has been said before. The  only way to be really shore is to go over & measure up as we did.

Sorry I forgot to add window measurements.

Long window in lounge area 211cm High 84cm Wide.

Window in Bay 160 cm wide 120cm tall

With a gap from top of window to ceiling  tall window 37cm wide window 33cm

Both bedroom windows measured the same 138cm wide 137 cm tall.

There is a space roughly 15 cm high with the same width as window above window to accomadare the shutters when open. In al of the apartments we have ben in The curtain rail has been fixed just above this space which is flush to the wall.
