A Little New News!

Hi All, Darren & Jane 9 2B here, just come back from spain and have a little news, we have been to Atlas to ask a few questions and we have been given a photocopy of our certificate of habitation, the original  is at orihuela town hall. A letter from Millenuim was put on the door stating that the mains water will be put on 1st March, the electric has now been put on and the meters have been installed, if you've paid.

As things seem to be moving now and i feel a lot more positive, i cant stress the importance of paying the community fees, this doesn't effect the work of the builder, no matter what problems we have with him. We need to sort out this door lock on the front door, and more people need to pay. COME ON!

I will upload some photos later as the swimming pool is looking a bit green at the moment, but they are working on the ground around the pool and by the look of it, preparing to turf or seed the whole lot.

Thanks for the update, great news about the certificate of habitation, and the work on the pool area.

We agree with you about the need to pay our fees, I Know Presidente Peter has already got plans in action for the door lock & other problems but they all take money.  The electricity for the lighting & lifts doesn't come cheap and the building has to be insured, all more important at the end of the day than the pool and landscaping.
