Shopping!

Hi everybody, pleased to say that I completed last week on my place in Naranjos Garden 4.

I'm a bit new to posting, so hope this helps:-

There's a great shopping centre up in Murcia called Nueva Condomina:-

It's very close to the Ikea, Decathlon and Leroy Merlin (like B&Q), which is how I stumbled across it.

There are also some good furniture shops right outside that shopping centre, in particular I bought my couch from Max Descuento.

It was certainly was very comfy in the showroom, they do a range of fabrics and colours, plus a handful of colours in leather. My lack of Spanish wasn't an issue. Marga was very helpful. Think their sale ends 28 February.

There's also a Conforama which seemed to be having a sale too.

(Couldn't help noticing a large stadium there in the car park, yet to figure out who plays there for the non-shoppers!)

The Stadium is the Real Murcia Stadium - currently in Liga 2 in Spain, unfortunately dropped out of the top league last year.

I can`t believe that we had forgot that we will need bathroom accessories. ie loo brush. toilet roll holders etc. I could  not see any thing I liked  here unless they cost the earth.

I presume Leroy Merlin may sell them but I wondered if you  or anyone knew of any where else

While we were paying Ikea a visit in feb I noticed a large building opposite ( Next to baby`s are us)

I think it is called Porcellana. any idea what they sell. Ham thought it might be Bathroom suits & not accessories

We ended up getting most of our bathroom stuff from Ikea as they seem eye wateringly expensive for a toilet roll holder etc in other places! 

Glad to see Jardin 4 Naranjos is filling up - were opposite Dan on 324.  Back over for Easter so hope to meet up with some then.

Can recommend Steve (Endpeg) if you need any lights, bathroom fitments etc put up - he was a life saver for us when we went out the first time.

its called porcelanosa and its sells everything for the bathroom and a little for kitchens(thats in the uk anyway) nice stuff

Somehow we ended up just inside  the Costa Blanca region  before we realised something was amis but i`m sure its on  Hams sat nav now
