top floor penthouses bock12-16

Has any body yet been given cert of Habitation on the top floors of the penthouses.

Does any body know what block number they go up to.

Has any body had a recent valuation for one,and do they include a covered car park space.

I would be grateful for these clarifications, as i have to get back to PW next week.

Hi John,

We have a top floor penthouse in Block 9.  Most of the Pentohouses now have the COH's issued - we were sent a copy of ours this week.  PW keep the master until the services are connected, then they will post on.

I can confirm that the Top floor penthouses have covered parling (Top & Bottom actually).  Not needed a valuation on mine, but I heard from others that are coming in about the same value as the purshase price.......or a little higher.
