     don`t know whether your all aware but Gemma no longer works in the keymare office, does anybody know whom we know deal with for our snaggs and does anybody have an email address.

We had emailed  Charo but got no response. We were then given this girls name and email  Geni, genimar@keymare.com. She did reply to our email and has told us we need to go to the main KM office when we next go out. They are no longer in the villa but in the main office on the corner. It might be worth giving her a try,  I hope it is nothing major. Best of luck

Charo is the person to get things done, but without defending KM, she is inundated with emails as she is now responsible for Thalassa, Veranda Agua and Pueblo Salinas, she is doing the work of three people.  So I would say wait for a reply, but if you are over here call in to the office by all means, but your complaints do need to be registered before your 12 months is up, this is very, very important.  The work can still be done after the 12 month period but the complaint needs to be registered before!!!  If anyone needs any further help send me a PM.
