Does anyone have a breakdown of the management fees which Polaris are charging from March this year?  For instance, how much is rubbish collection, how much is grass cutting, that sort of thing?

she sent copies of the proposed budget to many owners I printed mine off and deleted the file so cant help but she will forward it if you ask.
