heating the pools.simple method

a friend of mine has a large pool at his finca and he uses a very cheap very safe heating method.he pumps water up into a small rubber tube which runs round the villa and back into the pool.the water coming out the tube heated by the sun is nice and  hot. but wouldnt burn a small child.we could do the same with the pipe tucked against the  wooden pool fence to stop it getting mown over.is there someone that can speak to the community guys to check the cost of this and what it would add to the annual budget.im sure it would be cents not euros and would mean we could add an extra 3-4 months to the pool usage as well as it being warm earlier in the day...any thoughts?

Excellent idea , we were over in Sept / Oct and the pool was freezing even though the sun was out.

Do you think that it would be accepted under the "rules and regs"
