further information re valuations

We have now received our valuation via Royal bank of Scotland/Adams and Co.

The valuation was passed to a company called Valtechnic,who did a good report,photo's etc,however they valued at 30/35% under.

This however is not the normal.So we have to pay for another report.

We used a mortgage broker Sharon Wyndham from The Mortgage Service Group and cannot recommend her highly enough. She got us a good mortgage deal for 70% of the valure through Cajabank and our valuation was spot on (in fact 200 euros more). She spent hours answering our e-mails and questions (and belive me there were a lot). She was worth every penny of her fee, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I cannot reccomend her highly enough especially considering how hard it is to liase when in a different country.
