can anyone tell me what sort of temperatures to expect in July, Also is it going to be easy to get public transport in July as i dont want to drive

have you never been to spain in the summer?surely everyone s first holiday on a plane was to the costas in july or august?well all i will say is take lots of sun block and light cloths.mosquito repellent a must.air con fitted and working.get yourself a decent bbq and a beer cooler.a couple of sun loungers.leave the golf clubs at home unless you want to play at 5 am in the morning.youre all set.

Hi, Have been to spain before but always on business and mainly driving we have never had a holiday in spain but a friend has bought in condado so we are coming out for a couple of weeks to get a feel for the place with a view to buying, basically at the moment i am just trying to find out as much as i can about the place by looking at previous threads. will be out 9th july staying in j1203 so if anybody can shed any light on the place that is not already in the previous threads i would appreciate it and lookforward to meeting some of you for a cold one when we get out, many thanks........ My advise is to look at what is on offer in the general area, not just the actual complex. We bought on Los Naranjos a year ago and wondered if Condado was right for us. However, we completed in March and the place has come on in leaps and bounds. We also spent some time driving up to the Sierra Espuna mountains which were beautiful. Although I haven't been to the beaches yet, many people have said you are spoilt for choice. This, together with the small Spanish towns makes us glad we bought there. For the price, the area has a lot to offer.

This area of spain is fantastic for beaches, they start with the nudist beaches of percheles to the pretty beaches of bolnuevo then the busy beaches at mazarron then watersports at la azhoia, and then lots more to explore but the ones mentioned are all within 20 minutes drive of condada.
