That is interesting. Don't think it can be Foro as the 'Pizza guy' posted saying he had contacted them and they said it was taken by PW concessions.

The picture is of the Oasis which we had been informed had been put on hold.

It probably will be the new Faro, but if my information is correct PW don’t allow anyone else to have food outlet or bars on PW resorts, wouldn’t want competition would they, as they may have to up the standard and lower the cost and that’s going to happen! One of the bar owners at Camposol asked about premises for a bar and was also told no availability.

This is for the Oasis not the Foro and they have been around a while.  I first saw them as flyers last year when we first went to visit Condado and I also remember them being on the 'News' section of the Polaris World website.

Just a thought - maybe they are gauging the demand for retail space. The amount of interets could affect when they look to deliver the Oasis if it is the Oasis they are offering.

Sorry to raise everyone's hopes!

Was getting really excited at the thought of reasonable bars,coffee shops and fashion outlets, rather than Polaris with their over inflated prices!!!

The advert is for the oasis, which is the main town centre open to the public, once they have some takers for the units they will probably start to build which can only be good for all of cda.  Maybe the spanish government have some incentives for new business start ups in this credit crunch times and they could get a few takers?  who knows.
