We are in the same boat. We have bought on M2 also, and I had just e-mailed Medsea before reading your messgae as we are also trying to get hold of our NIE numbers when we visit next week. I called the office too, but the voicemail just says that they are now closed until 21st April!
I knew some employees had been laid off at the start of the year but had no idea that things were this bad. No-one had mentioned anything to us when we had been communicating by e-mail and phone right up to 2 weeks ago, but then again, I don't suppose they would tell customers something like this until the last minute.
Our contact at the builders is Ismael and another Spanish lady who works in the office at the new show home called Gema Perez. I will try e-mailing her again today to see where we go from here, but the other day she said we needed to ask our solicitors about the NIE numbers, so perhaps she was already aware that it was a waste of time asking Medsea?
At least we should be able to get some answers from the builders when we visit the site on Monday. I know a couple are out there this week (Kevin/Julie) and another couple have also bought near to us (Alison/Eddie) so I will try to e-mail them also to see what they know and ask them to reply to this thread with any new info but I am not sure they all bought through Medsea.
Thank goodness for this site - We need to keep talking to each other as it seems this is the only way to find out any information now!
