 I thought you titled this the bad new just keeps coming MM? Lol to me this is the best type of news that I can hear. I want to hear that after all the lies and suffering they have put thousands of families through that something will be done to ensure they pay for their crimes.

maybe they can sew the sarc labels on caps when they are doing time in the spanish prison.

I would be interested in whether you have been advised if this will delay a decision on our case (obviously by pm we could share)

I also want to see them punished for the pain and suffering they have caused  so many of us but this situation will be bad news for everyone I think .

Everything could be frozen until the criminal allegations are dealt with .No selling off  of assets ( existing deals which could have helped those on El Pinet  and other developments may now  be  put on hold ) . All re financing could now be put on hold ( not that there was any hope of this with SJs track record  of fraud and misappropriation ) ,issuing of licences for existing properties may be  put on hold  , the completing  of infrastructure at El Pinet and Playa Golf  etc  may now be frozen  , no chance of mains supply of water /electric or individual meters.

This could become an even bigger mess than it already is .

It is not good news for anyone other than those who have come to terms with the fact that they will never get anything back from SJ/HdT and have walked away and cut their losses  .They may now get some kind of moral  justice and see the culprits put behind bars. SJ may finally be  made to face up to what they have done to innocent people  but what good will  this do any of us  . We " who purchased in good faith "  all of this will unfortunately  be cold comfort .

As the truth comes out believers like Tony and SARC will fall harder than most when they realise they were not just fooled and lied to once but on numerous occasions because of  their own stupidity and refusal to listen to and weigh up the  real facts .

SAD but true . All those involved at SJ should be truly  ashamed and I include Tony etc in this as unwittingly or otherwise they enabled  SJ to  perpetrate  this scam for  much longer than should have been possible    MM

I too am glad that the lies and corruption have been exposed, however this may mark the final nail in the coffin for the return of our money. 

Up until now, I had held a glimmer of hope that we would all get our money back, but I now fear all hope is fading.  I had moved on emotionally from Jumilla/SJ a long time ago, but held on to the hope that the wider system would come good in the end (albeit slowly) and I would feel confident to buy again in Spain in a few years time, once the bruises had healed. 

However, the worse this mess gets, the more I know that I should NEVER buy in Spain EVER (Firstly, because I would be mad, and now because I have no money left to do it anyway) .  That's the biggest pill to swallow.

So if I am going to lose everything anyway, then I am more than happy to sit knitting in the front row of the gallows
