Before anyone comes in with the sarky comments, I have  noticed the spelling mistake.  It was the idiot secretary that typed it for me cos my stupid computer went down again,   and I've just nicked his to post this.

Thanks for your kind thoughts June,,,,,you cheeky monkey!!  You can't will em all as they say.  No complaints from me, although we did have a clear penalty denied.........however we would have missed it anyway!!

Just watched the highlights,  bad luck,  but as you say,  someone has to win.  Personally hate games that are decided by penalties..........but then what do I know, I'm only a girl

fergie and wenger can have no complaints.they both picked the wrong teams.if you disrespect a cup you deserve to go out.

Congratulations to Everton, I hope they go on and win the trophy now, but to put a perspective on things I would point out that of the three competitions that Fergie has fielded weakened teams in, we have won two, the community shield and Carling cup and reached the Semi-Final of the other. In the main competitions for our full strength team we are top of the league, Still in the Champions League and have won the World Club Cup, so please do not feel sorry for us we are temporarily disappointed but forever optimistic. Onwards and upwards with Fergies Red Army!
