Have recently received the costs for community fees and they are much higher than I expected . I know the community reps are trying to get a reduction of about 25% in the costs and I hope they are successful . We all need to work with the reps to achieve this .I have observed that the second gate ,by the penthouses is open mainly for contractors at the moment - Polaris should therefore pay for this in my view - and the sales office too - with some personnell costs . I could not see these costs in the accounts they presented as they were masked no doubt. Generally I'm pleased with the apartments and trust the golf course and Foro will now quickly follow . Polaris sales tell me that 3000 units are sold ,but this is hard to believe with the penthouses and narancos being so vacant - I know there are some problems with habitation certificates but does anyone know more ???
