Should I buy ??

Hi,

Hope I can get some advice.I live in The UK but have been offered an opportunity to buy a 2 bed/bath apartment at Arenal Duquesa for about £135,000 with a 100% mortgage.I am looking at it from an investment point of view.

Is this a bargain ? Could I let it easily(holiday rentals) ? and is Arenal a holiday village with millions of screaming kids and how many apartments in total.What are the management fees like and is the area nice.Are people who live there happy with their apartments.

Dont buy thinking you can let it out, there is thousands not just hundreds, lots bought to rent them out and are now struggling to pay their mortgage as they cant get them rented.

Bank charges and electric is costing us a fortune, luckily we didn´t buy to rent. there is always some kind of bill that greets us when we come out, so take plenty of advice, and if you are just buying to keep it for yourself its a good time to buy.  and lots and lots of bargains to be had, you should come out for a holiday and see if you like Duquesa first.
