water damage from roof terrace

Just had a call from my property manager today and he is telling me that the apartment ceiling is damaged and falling in due to heavy rain a few weeks ago coming from the roof terrace.I had the same problem before I completed which was FIXED and signed out by my snagging company ( I wont say who) Will Polaris fix this for me or do I have to fix it myself?

I think PW should fix it as the buiding should still be under builders guarantee, I would check your contract.

I found out a week ago when I had bath taken out  that water coming in. Said they would come a week ago.

Hi, we have had our solarium steps and terrace tiles redone 3 times due to damp in our apartment.  Last time was a few weeks ago when we were last out.  My husband tapped a screwdriver over all of them and was able to tell the ones which had not been sealed properly underneath.  They were very quick to come out and fix, we just marker penned the ones we were not happy with.  I'm sure they'll sort them for you. 

 I would try not to worry too much, there is a 2 year builders guarantee, so Polaris World will fix it for you.... Best of Luck. Geoff.
