Thanks for the offer but we are not going to rent out our apartment for the first year anyway, we will see about doing it in the future if we are not using it enough, we would be interested in the cleaning service before we go to the apartment and after we leave it.

As for Andy doing the furniture I did not mean that sorry1 I ment like if we went to Marco the wholesalers or to a furniture shop and we cant fit the stuff in a car that we could hire Andy to pick it up. as transit van have great space not like a car.

We just thought we would take the time to say a big thank you to Max and Saskia  for all their advice  and help over the past ?? years and whose property managment services we are finding invaluable (even before we move in :-)

We appreciate having a contact who can help sort the everyday problems we are encountering .Thanks to Saskia  especially for taking the time to phone the Spanish Consulate in Madrid regarding a NIE query and also contacting our Furniture supplier to explain we need a few more weeks storage before delivery. Your spanish is first class. Thanks.

No doubt you will both be very busy in the coming weeks with all of your new customers/neighbours moving in.We will send you a private message regarding the various services we would like to book  and look forward to meeting you both when that long awaited completion day comes.
