Thinking of buying

We're thinking of buying in this development. It would be our first (and only) purchase abroad and wonder - what do you think of it and what problems should we be prepared for?

Sorry about the delay in sending this, but Donna, one of our neighbours, has just alerted me to it.  

Yes, I'll second what James has posted.  I haven't met anyone in the community yet who has regreted buying on MDLVII.  When we first took the plunge (terrified at the time) our remit was:  In or within walking distance of a Spanish town (not wall to wall Britland as in many of the coastal areas); flat cycling country; within easy travelling distance of coast and airport (Mirador is app half hour from both so no problem); small community (ours is 60+ and not thousands as in some); and a community swimming pool.  As far as we're concerned, Parador Properties came up trumps in finding MDVII.
