Telephone and internet services

Hi,

We currently use Telefonica who were supposed to be supplying a 3 meg internet line but it's doing less than 1 and getting compensation let along the service they are billing me for is impossible.

I had heard that it is possible to combine internet connectivity (we have and would wish to retain WiFi) with an incoming telephone line AND a restricted outgoing line.

Furthermore it was possible to buy a bundle which would give free or a predetermined allowance of local (all of Spain) calls and/or calls to the UK. As we rent our apartment as well as use it ourselves we don't want huge bills being run up but it would be nice to be able to book restaurants or taxis without having to resort to expensive mobile calls.

It would be greatly appreciated of someone could advise what is available along with costs and contact numbers for those providing the service. We currently pay Euro 69.45 per month which I think is extortionate.

We use Telefonica just for the line, works out about 16 euros per month and Europa for ADSL and all outgoing calls (okay you have to enter a prefix every time you dial which is a bit of a pain but the calls are so much cheaper its worth it).  Believe they do wireless, sorry don't have a phone no. to hand but they advertise in all the free English papers.
