Yes, it is still a mess and its not really clear which side of the road you drive down/up at times as it seems to change at times as the builders use one side to move pallets and other stuff around. I was there 2 weeks ago to check my apartment and had to drive in and out on the same lane.
I am due to go back next week to sign and get the keys. I will be asking about access and safety etc. when I sign. I intend to take some photos and will publish them.
