Who rents out Krodas neighbours apartment?  Who is not paying fees?

Yes I have heard the name of the company but to be honest I am unwilling to say.  I have had reponse from someone before when I have said something on Eos.  I think wires got crossed and 2 + 2 became 101.  I wasn't willing to get into a debate about it.

Yes they are a large company and No they do not pay community fees!  Now you know when we are so cross about the whole matter.

Hopefully there will be an EGM in the not too distant future.  I don't know what this will achieve but hopefully it cannot make the situation any worse.

I would value Phase 1 votes or proxy votes.

Would you be willing to name and shame these people on a PM?  I understand if you wouldnt but it would stop other owners going through this company and making the whole situation even worse.

Surely this is what this forum is all about. I am sure we have all watched the various reality TV programs regarding rogue builders etc getting what they deserve. Hitting them in the pocket is the only answer and other owners not knowing who they are could well be keeping them in business which is no good to any of us.

I believe that this same company is touting for business at Cirvera so I think that it would be beneficial for all to know who they are
