I have just heard from Spain that so far neither HdT nor SJ have been able to put forward a feasibility plan to the court . Does this mean it is finally game over or is there any one who really believes they will still be able to re finance ? Tony over to you !!!!!!!!

Not sure what to think or believe really! it is so hard to understand why SJ would want to continue with Dolores when they have been unable to finish anywhere else!
Google the following to get the translation

Hi Far ,
Perhaps my translation is wrong but what this article appears to say to me is that there is very little chance of SJ continuing with Delores . It is just another situation where SJ seem to think they are above all external forces have no internal problems and are in no way responsible for this situation .
Despite the huge mess they are in they have continued with the bizarre and pathetically unrealistic ,optimistic attitude that continuing was an option , just because they wanted it to be . It beggars belief !!!!
SJ have behaved throughout this whole process like a spoiled child refusing to see what is blatantly obvious to every one else and chucking a tantrum at the mere suggestion that they were in the wrong .
We should also remember that a lot of the rumours about them refinancing and in all likely hood being able to " trade on " was just spin to hold the angst of shareholders and purchasers at bay .
The likes of SARC were an unwitting ally in this spin ,too stupid to see the situation for what it really was .
My opinion for what it is worth SJ/ HdT will finish nothing they have no feasibility plan to date and are unlikely to have one any time soon .The court will have no option other than to wind them up ,Then what who knows ! MM
Nice to see some folk back on this forum .Hope you are all well .

Hi MM
SJ need to wake up and smell the coffee! they seem to have been above the law in the past but things are different now as they are finding out, i wonder is it sinking in yet.
It is a relief to know that they will not be able to continue with Dolores when they have not been able to finish other projects. It is good news that some work is taking place at Pinet, however, they do not have the money to do very much so i am afraid i remain rather pessimistic about my house being finished. IF it ever does, it will be a bonus as far as i am concerned, i am just getting on with my life and having a great time, i don't visit the forums much these days or think about SJ very much which is a huge relief!
I don't mean to make light of the situation or offend anyone but i am a survivor, it's just the way i am!

No tee off for Dolores Golf
ADMINISTRATORS supervising cash-strapped builder San José Inversiones and the judge of Alicante’s mercantile court have prevented the company presenting a 4.5-million-euro deposit to start work on the Dolores Golf scheme.
The company went into administration in May 2008 and all major decisions must be approved by the court administrators.
San José owns most of the land at the site and was awarded with the tender to build the infrastructure for 2,600 homes and an 18-hole golf course before going into administration.
However the town hall will not now allow them to start the infrastructure work as they cannot pay the compulsory deposit which is approximately 7% of the whole investment.
An estimated 5,000 people were to live on Dolores Golf resort, although the town has a population of 7,300.
According to Sra Rodríguez the sales campaign of the scheme had not been launched when going into administration and no properties in Dolores Golf had been sold.

Do San Jose only specialise in starting projects but never finishing them, if they have got 4.5 million euros burning a hole in their pocket why don't they as the old song goes "come back and finish what you started"
If they ever started at delores golf we should organise a rendevouz for all those that are owed money from previous projects and go on an inspection tour. Never know we might even put down a deposit.
Don't forget aren't we supposed to have some very positive news this month regarding Santa Anna?

Hi Mark the whole thing is a disgrace SJ seem to think they have no responsibility for what they have done .Thank God someone saw sense here how can they possibly be allowed to pay out 4.5mil when they owe so much to so many .Shocking !
Strange that Almu did not mention SJs plans for Dolores golf to her friend Tony at their last meeting .Just shows the pack of lies and bull Tony is prepared to swallow .Would be good to hear what SARC have to say now .It would be tooooo ridiculous if they still had faith in SJ but we have seen pigs fly on this forum before and no doubt will again . Hi all,
i think that the way we have been treated by SJ and Hdt is disgusting. We have basically been lied to and may lose considerable amounts of money due to the greed of others.
I am currently in the position of deciding whether or not to cancel my contract with SJ/Hdt, but as usual its never as straight forward as it seems-
on one hand- canceling it we might only receive 50% and who knows when we might get it.
on the other hand- if we don't cancel now and the build goes ahead we wil have to go ahead with the purchase of the property otherwise under concursal law they may see us as breaching the contract- how INJUST!
One thing i know is that i definitely do not want the property and i think that anyone who still has any faith in SJ/Hdt is rather crazy.
Is there anyone who is in the position?
Good luck to all.

Hi Fin and all
I would put it a little stronger than that .They were not just fools they were in partnership with SJ in order to stop purchasers lobbying for consumer rights and to prevent us getting together to ensure a judgement as creditors against the mass .The whole SARC thing was just a distraction from what purchasers really should have been doing .
Nothing but SJ puppets .If I am wrong where are SARC now ????????
Have they given up the fight so easily or is there just no need now that SJ have what they wanted .Despicable SJ/HdT/ SARC what is the difference ? mission accomplished Any light bulbs going on now , I predicted this often enough
Who are Tony and Brian who are SARC ?
Quote from the Spanish Property Insight Web site
Jumilla Santa Ana del Monte Golf
Last Updated by SPI on Mar 7
The construction has stopped due to the developer Herrada del Tollo (part of San José Inversiones) going into administration. Currently, March 2009, there is no definite outcome and hundreds of British buyers are chasing for their money back. A few others under the name of SARC have created a move to save the project. The underlying problem is that this macro urbanisation has failed to get full permission and further to that it lacks a future water supply. The town hall of Jumilla deny this, however the Segura water authority has had its river basin in drought alert since 2005. Its lifeline of donor water comes from the Tajo River and that supply is precarious. See one of the forums on this development
Unbelievably there are still many agents trying to sell houses on this urbanisation, even though there are hundreds of buyers suffering a great deal of stress and spending even more money paying lawyers to get their deposits returned.
SARC were playing a very dangerous game whether wittingly, foolishly or with intent they have done a great deal of harm .
If only we could turn back the clock and band together to make sure we were represented as consumers and had a judgement to make our credits count as against the mass or removed from the admin process altogether. This is the situation for many other purchasers of other companies in the same situation .Why not us .
We could not see the situation clearly because of SARC 's antics and diversionary tactics . Where are SARC now ????????????????
I tried to say all this before but was always shot down by SARC .I now wish I had been more forceful as it is miles too late now .SJ will avoid paying anyone anything as long as they can get a way with it .
I wonder what Tony and Brian got ???????
