SJ what is the truth ?

Correct me if I am wrong  .When did  SJ last lay a single brick ?

Albertera  2006 ?

El Pinet  2004  ?

Santa Ana del Monte  2006 ?

When did the credit crunch start ?

Does this not show sheer incompetence ,whether it was to do with licences ,land use issues  ,environmental objections or just a total lack of savy in  all  parts of the company but in particular the legal department  and accountants .Doesn't matter what way you want to look at it .The whole thing is a farce .I question their true intentions .It looks like the only thing they were good at was gathering deposits and losing track of what happened to the money  !

What a mess the good people of El Pinet are having to sort out for themselves .SJ have not kept their side of the bargain and have left residents high and dry . Residents have put up with a building site for nearly 5 years is this just reward for their patience and support of SJ .This whole company is absolutely disgraceful and can never be trusted again .Be very careful Tony ! I thought you asked Almu questions about El Pinet Tony ,did she tell you everything was fine ?????????
