Hi All
i have just recieved an email from P.W. saying they will be disposing of my key if i dont collect it by the end of the week.
Even though they have not completed my repairs.
I have just spoke to Carol, my key holder in Garden 13, and she has said, if you dont give your key holder permission, via email, to collect your key, and cc P.W. in on it P.W. will be disposing of ALL keys by the end of the week.

I havent had this email from pw but my 6 months is up in october, could anyone give me the email address to give permission for my keyholder to collect my key this week.

Here is e mail address, that i received, saying that the key would be destroyed, unless I contacted them with arrangements,

I asked Polaris when I was out three weeks ago about keys as they have had it for 11 months, they said they would hold on to it as they need access when we come off builders electric so if they dipose of mine once this is done I will not be pleased.
I will be out early November so who do i email to sort this.

Hi All,
Just spoke with customer services, who informed me they are currently carrying out repairs to my property following the floods. When I asked how they gained access they told me they still had my key. I questioned as to why the key was not destoyed as of 30th September as they were all supposed to be, I was then informed that it was only Jardines keys being destroyed, as evryone else was later at completing. They feel they may still need access for lecky etc to the later completers.

Hi, I sent PW an e mail on the 16th Sept (we're in Block 2 Penthouses) asking about the keys. This was the response, though we never received the original e mail. I collected the key last week when I was out there. Seems like we are getting different information.

As mentioned on the general e-mail sent to clients, we are holding the keys until the 30th of this month, the office that holds the keys will close, so we cannot hold them anymore. If the electric company has not arranged for the electric to be connected by that date, you will need to contact a key holding company called Gesfin that will provide them with the key

I sent an email to the customer service, they answered
if you have a contract, we will keep your key to the end of the contract
(dec 28th) ....
