Just a note regarding snagging.
Thinking it would more beneficial we used a company to carry out ours, but we would now advise you to check the snagging whilst you actually clean your apartment, so you are inspecting it yourself.
We now realise what a waste of money it was by using a company that let us down and did not chase up the rectificaiton and overlooked some of the faults.
