valor catastral - 3 bed Los Naranjos - Jardin 4

Hi, does any one know the valor catastral for Ground floor, 3 bed apartment on Jardin 4 Los Naranjos.

I'm not sure if it differs per apartment.  If it does I presume I will need to get this from my Spanish Lender as I can't find anything mentioning the exact amount,

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated,

If it helps, there is a company called Spanish Tax Forms, they will do it all for you for £20,I am at work so do not have the phone no on me, they normally advertise on EOS,hopefully someone will give you a link

Thanks everyone, I'm using Spanish Tax Forms but one of the questions on the form asks for the valor catasral.

Its the top figure on your I.B.I receipt (Local Council Tax) in the big box
