Underground leakage

Hi,

Has anybody else encountered problems in the garage areas.  We have had constant flooding in our store room and parking area not allowing us to use this the whole time we have had the apartment.  Despite many visits to the maintenance department and re assurances the work has been done..... to date still a problem and no work done!!!,

What is the answer...Does anybody know ????

I take from your posting that you are an owner on Phase 1. If so you should be aware of the on going issues regarding the underground garage and storage areas. My advise to you is to contact the Community Office, they will give you an up-date on the problem.

Hi AMC , I agree with Innes, that is a way but perhaps if you are indeed Phase 1 ,  e-mail  a Mr Peter Beard who is the

President of Phase 1 , I spoke with him last week and he can relay the latest news, I think you will find this is quicker
