KEY-HOLDERS LIVING ON CONDADO

Hi

Can anyone recommend the name of any key-holders living on CDA? if so, who are they? what service do they offer? what are their yearly fees?

I know I'm looking for a lot of info here but any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will probably get loads of replies as there are many key holders offering every service you can think of, so the price depends on what service you want.

I particularly wanted someone who actually lived on my Jardin so they could keep their eye on my apartment everytime they were out and about around the Jardin and it was no trouble for them to walk over to it should the need arise.  I don't rent out my apartment so I only needed the basic key holding service and mine is 100 euros per year.  They regularly check the apartment and water my plants and any jobs that needed doing they have let the workmen have access etc

its ok they will go unnoticed as a lot of people put down a right load of shite anyway
