Photos of Pool

Hi All

I have uploaded some photos of the pool area from my visit to Arcos in October. They are dates 22 Oct 2009.

As you will be painfully aware, the flats were still not ready for completion but nonetheless we had a very nice stay in this lovely part of the world. Made it all the more difficult seeing the flats 99% complete but still no licence.

If there are any buyers of the new phase (phase 3 I think it is called) the buildings are shooting up very quickly and there was a fair amount of construction work happening when we were there.

Hi all,

Further to cuadra's message, we were shown around the apartments around the pool yesterday.

As you know these blocks are finished but awaiting licence from the ayuntamiento. Can understand your frustration....

We also looked around the block facing the street (phase 2?), which are yet to be finished. It is clear that work is proceeding as although, externally the block has a long way to go, bathrooms have been fitted. The site manager told us these should be ready in April....

We are living in block 1 until Christmas (possibly longer) and will keep you informed of any information we receive.
