Community Fees

Hi all,

We have recently completed on our apartment in Jardin 4 and want to make sure we are up to date with community fees from the outset.  Can someone please advise on how best to get ourselves "registered" and paying asap?

If anyone has a complete list of expected monthly/annual payments associated with ownership that would be greatly appreciated too.

Hi David,

You need to supply RPM, the community administrators, with you bank account details so that they can set up a direct debit for the community fees. The form for setting this up can be found here http://www.comunidadesrpm.com/en/documentos/formularios/formulario%20domiciliación%20bancaria%20Ingles.pdf  which you should send back to general@rpmspain.com

The community fees for garden 4 are currently around €94 for a three bed and €78 for a two bed.
