Runing club?

I have started runing 3 or 4 mornings a week,was wandering if anyone would like to join me.

Nothing to serious,just a light jog on the resort for half an hour or so.

See if we can bild up the distance as we go.

Anyone interested,let me know.

tip toe when going past TQM's, otherwise it'll  be 'herds of stampeding elephants all over the place'

i am over dec 12 -15 and will try to get a couple of runs in as i have a place in london martathon nxt year running in the sun much better thn england training partner might make me get out of bed

Hah! I think I can tolerate a few runners passing the apartment- although I am hoping for industrial earmuffs for Christmas!

Don´t know about the London maration,i was thinking more along the lines of geting to the pub quicker!
