Where has the money gone

Some guy called Wilford appears to have a great deal of information about where the money has gone. Why does he not tell the Police? My own research tells me that the thieves have befriended an individual on their home site called Andrew Wild. My sources tell me that he together with another individual have hidden vast sumes for both Rafael and Antonio. Mr Wild's own past is as a Gangster from Manchester so maybe the Police should look at him. After all he has the biggest house on the development at El Trampolin.

Woooooooo ... Hold on a minute Patrick. What I know has been passed to the authorities and it is my intention to provide this information to the Police when I next visit Spain (ironically Rafael THINKS I am in Spain now which I am not). However there is a HUGE difference between "what I know" and what "I think"; that which I know has already been published on "Eye on Spain" as has a bit of what I am told. Clearly Antonio and Rafael have hidden a great deal of what they have stolen (they would be crazy not have done) and this quite probably does involve third parties. The rumour about Andy Wild is not a new one although I find the coincidence of your revelation slightly  strange having been given similar information again quite recently. Let me tell you what I know as distinct from what I think. Andy Wild is clearly either a "puppet" of Rafael or Antonio or simply hanging on to their coat tails. He is, I understand, running around after Rafael like a "lap dog" and held the intention along with Rafael and Richard(?) of trying to take over the entity of Trampolin Solera. I was originally introduced to Wild as a "friend" ... a situation which changed COMPLETELY when he attempted to threaten me after he colluded with Rafael to sell my property to a third party. This is the subject of CRIMINAL proceedings so I am prohibited from further comment. What I DO know is that whilst I would not refer to him as a "gangster" he does harbour some sinister secrets. Since he told me himself that he had £80K conficated by the Customs which was wrapped in "cling film" (you wrap money in "cling film" for ONE REASON ONLY) you have to question its provenance. I have also been present in his home when he was unwrapping an automatic weapon which he claimed to be for Antonio. These things I know and THEY HAVE BEEN reported ... everything else is conjecture and may or may not be correct. Andy Wild THINKS he can frighten off everyone and in certain circumstances that may be correct but in my case ... when he has been complicit in the theft of what now exceeds €250K from myself ... HE DOES NOT!

In conclusion Mr Wild does have questions to answer over his "friendship" with Antonio and Rafael ... also I SUSPECT with CAM Bank and doubtless these will be put to him by the Liquidator of Trampolin Hills.

In relation to the letter telling of the bankruptcy, this seems to be making a few waves with the Spanish as they are complaining that these letters are arriving too late and outside of the expiry date (2nd of dec) for puitting your name on the creditors list. Therefore as advised by one of the members of the afectados group the envelope of this certified letter must be saved so that it can be used if measures need to be taken to show that your letter arrived out of the deadline, as it is the only way to show when it arrived. Therefore not letting your claim vanish and in my opinion, leaving more in the pot for the administrators...ummm

Hi to you all ... I suggest you form a group and go down the Criminal route for fraud. That way the deadlines will mean nothing. Either way ... there is nothing left in the pot for the Administrators ... Antonio cleared out every penny / cent months ago ... ALL the deposits are gone and my understanding is that there is no longer an asset to sell. Even their Lawyer / Architect is still looking for his fees of €500K!

I´m sorry but having watched this site for years and seen the disgraceful behaviour of these crooks, (from whom we also bought a property)  I still can´t believe this is a country that is supposed to be bound by the same European laws that sends a market stall holder  in the UK to prison for selling bananas by the imperial pound instead of by the metric kilo, yet allows these bandits to steal over €50 MILLION from innocent people and allows them to still be walking the streets (or in their case driving their fancy cars).  In any decent, law-abiding country they would have been behind bars a long time ago.

Ultimately the blame lies with the ineffective Government and Legislative bodies that run this country.  Until there is a fundamental change in the way the Government and Courts deal with these crooks these criminals (i.e. builders) will continue to defraud decent, honest, hardworking people of their life savings.

We wish you luck in your endeavours to recoup what you can, however you can but don´t hold your breath.

It is clear that CAM BAnk have been involved in one huge fraud and are just as guilty as the "3 thieves" themselves. Employees of the Bank itself have clearly benefited from this fraud also ... has anyone considered a direct attack on the Bank? They have to be liable in some way. Also whay has no one thought about attacking the assets of these individuals directly. If Wilford is to be believed and I see no reason not to they have given themselves properties on the development without payment. This is effectively stealing from the company; also I wonder if they have been paying the €200 a month. Does anyone know what these villans are doing now or are they in prison. Having said that I understand Rafael now spends a lot of his time at the timber yard ... is he also selling stolen vehicles?  Patrick

Looks like in the newspaper " La verdad"  their saying that in the event of a payout that the 3 administrators overseeing the  creditors list will be the first to receive a payout of 1.2 MILLION EUROS !!! ....really this is incredible......what about the buyers? a lot of them are financially ruined because the company was allowed to trade. Where was the administration then when they needed to check that the company were behaving correctly when they were operating. Trampolin was a major property seller in murcia so was not hard to find inorder to check it out. It seems as always that the system works wonderfully for the administration and once again the innocent buyer is last on the list....surely things have got to be better than this...the payout seems excessive !

Whats the point in bringing in administrators if they are going to eat up any funds . I presume they work on a percentage of the total value of the business.Who does  the valuation and who decides how much they receive in payment ? Its a joke!!!!!

I have recently started to take a look again at what is happening on the "Eye on Spain" forums re both Trampolin Hills and Solera. Some 18 months ago two individuals on this site (Jakie from Hove and Rough Diamond) became rather offensive ... I have often wondered what they think now of my advice freely offered and given! Anyway ... I suggest everyone should work with the Administrators since this is now a "Criminal Fraud" and the assets of ALL the Directors will have to be "forensically accounted for". They all own properties on El Trampolin ... NONE OF WHICH THEY PAID FOR ... and feel that having placed such assets in the names of girlfriends and family these cannot be reclaimed. As yet there is no Administrator for Solera but believe me I will be working with him as and when he is appointed. In the meantime the only piece of advice I would give to any Creditor for "Hills" is to perhaps look after your own interests individually since I think you will find that otherwise the old maxim of "divide and rule" will apply. These guys know EXACTLY where they have hidden their money make no mistake! Andrew Wilford

It has also been mentioned that the more of us from the uk register our complaint  via this link then the more it should come into the spotlight, especially as there have been many complaints from those from the UK, inregards to Spains policy on these problematic urbanistic situations. As a large number of people from the UK have been affected by underhand processes in regards to the buying of their properties from the developers it now seems to becoming quite a sensitive issue with the European Parliament...please see below an article from the Spanish newspaper- " La verdad" :

I am a Spanish girl who has bought several houses on Trampolin Hills (in Campos del Rio).
Me and several buyers are fighting to recuperate our money (100%, or our house).

Sorry by my english, I will try to explain you the situation.

The situation is very bad, as you Know.Trampolin is in bankruptcy protection ("concurso de acreedores", suspension of payments), from November 2, 2009.

We had one month to submit the debt owed us Trampolin (deadline December 2, 2009).

It is likely that the March 3, 2010 published the report judicial.This report judicial show the asset (property) and liabilities (debts) that has Trampolin.

We are 2000 buyers,more or less.We deliver 53 million euros as advances for home purchase.
This money has dessapear, Trampolin says thas this money it was invested (advertising, purchasing and land title deed, commissions etc).

Since there is no money in springboard land were auctioned to repay the money.
(if the lands are of Trampolin ..)

If land auction we will see only a small percentage of our money.

we are fighting to prevent this happening.

I want all my money or my houses!!

So We are joining all the buyers for speak with the judges who carrying the case.
The problem is that we have be united all, we are about 2000, in this moment only have united about 300, we have to try to contact with all buyers (as we can).
So if you know some buyer please say him this or give them my email to inform.

I will try to send the emails for you (if you want in english).

In Spain we are mobilizing, meeting and talking with the media.

But we are 300, we need to be all united, otherwise probably lose our money.
