hmmmm I have also heard other contradictory info to the above so who knows?.....but I think the effort of all in the afectaded group (especially that of Joaquin Guzman who have done numerous radio and tv reports) will eventually see the best results so that everything is out in the open and can absolutely not be hidden...which is very dangerous for all of us.....so let us all keep it moving and not stop till the result is satisfactory!!
