we like the look of the new stlye lounge wrap around window also the kitchen can't wait to see the internal of one we have bought a quad in manzana 4 No.21 an end near the pool area, we are going out on 3rd march so if no one manages to get pics before then i shall post some for everyone,

hi shirley and mark,in snowy scotland,we are at the moment in very windy essex on the south east coast of england ,and have took a bit of a beating today.

My neighbour has rang me tonight,and told me the weather is lovely in spain as shes at Los Alcatherez ,a few minutes up the road from San Cayetano ,this very moment.

We are going out to Spain on 31st of jan for ten days,so will take loads of photos and post them on the site for all to see,really looking forward to it.

Thank you enjoy yourselves, Los Alcazares is my favourite beach we have stayed there when we go over stayed in the Los Narejos Hotel also Hotel 525 both very nice, but we have book an apartment in March when we go over can't wait to get some sun!!!

I too wasn't very impressed at first sight but I think maybe we are all so used to seeing the original design that we have to get used to it. I think that the gate on the utility area in front of the kitchen door is a bonus as added security and I'm certainly all for the extra space.

I've quite got used to it now but I'll still keep gazing at the photos! Come on March '08!!

Hi Donna,

We feel the same as you March 2008 seems a long way off.......beginning to think family/friends are getting fed up with us.

Be different though once we're there and settled in some are booking there hols with us already!!!!...........we're out again in March and will take some more pics, we will be staying in Los Alcazares again.

Looking forward to some more sun the weather here in Eastbourne is mild but still windy, gloomy, rainy and dull.

Forgot to say............we like the design of the new kitchen it's nice to know that not all the quads will look the same.

We hope to put grills to the side window and patio doors has anyone given this any thought.

We won't be able to visit the site until October as we already have a couple of other holidays booked. Where do you stay in Los Alcazares? How far is it from San Cayetano? Can you recommend any accomodation? Oh, preferably with a pool for our 4 year old.

Hi All

The new style starts on a couple of properties on Manzana 3 & definetly on all of Manzana 4 as we were originally buying on Manzana 4 & have changed to an earlier property. I think we have some basic pictures inside a new style that we took when we were on site last July .I will look back & see if there is anything I can post on the site

Have posted the picture - not very good though, shows the size of the window & little else. This plot was on Manzana 3 on Calle Mandarino at the end nearer the planned swimming pool. Perhaps when someone next visits the site they may be able to twist Antonios arm to lend them the key so that they can take some internal photos as this property must be due for completion (think it may be plot 7 or thereabouts)as our property in this road is ready - ours is old style like the showhouse. We were able to borrow our key several times on our last visit to go in & measure up.
