can anyone recommend a reliable person/company to hold our keys for a penthouse on phase 3 and to organise cleaning as required.

We use Jill Banks who owns the gift shop in the Loc Alcazares shop/restaurant complex. They are really excellent and her cleaning is first class-highly recommended. Her husband Mick does our maintenance jobs. Contact them by email at jillianjbanks@hotmail.com or 0034 968134876.

We can also recommend RodaFM - really good to deal with and very helpful.

From what I have heard, I would avoid roda-village, someone was telling me that they didnt turn up when they said they would, and didnt bother to let her know they werent coming etc. 

RodaFM do seem to be getting a large share of the market - not the cheapest, but everyone speaks highly of them.

I have heard positives on RodaFM - but they seem to be too expensive as they charge 55 euros PLUS 14 euros per bed. This will in total be 97 euros for cleaning !!

It seems that the right price is about 60 euros.
