I would like to point out that I was not trying to "con" or "deceive" anyone with my postings. I posted a reply to a property management enquiry and in retrospect should have composed it differently and also one to say that Chill Out had a new furniture package for sale, this is being sold on behalf of one of our clients, who like a lot of you, did experience the wrath of unscrupulous companies, they ended up with the package as a result of a long legal battle.
I was so angry at the comments from rabc77, as he did not have a good word to say about ANYONE and I felt that it was very unfair to be slagged of so badly, especially when he was telling people to "BEWARE", but had only "heard" rumours. We ourselves have heard a lot of bad comments about other local companies but feel that it is not our place to "slag them off", even though they are our competitors.
As I said in my previous posts, you can´t please everyone all of the time, but we have comments from our customers saying, "we don´t know what we would do without you", "you are the best thing that has happened to us since we bought our apartment" and "it is good that we can rely on you", these are genuine comments. We have over 40 satisfied customers who have been with us for the last 4 years and would have no objection to giving anyone a private reference. We do not rely on testimonials as they can be easily fabricated. Almost all of our work comes from recommendation and our customers feel that they get value for money and a personal 24 hour service.
It is hard enough existing over here without people spreading malicious gossip. If people do not like the way we work or handle our prospective clients then there are plenty more companies that they can approach and hopefully find the one that is right for them. We are not a fly by night company that arrives, rips everybody off and dissappear, this is our home and we intend to stay here.
There is enough corruption about and we do not intend to become part of it.
I realise that you get some very good information on the forums but it makes a mockery of it when you get people posting petty drivellings instead of constructive comments or critisism, which when put in a correct manner is quite acceptable and helpful. I am sure that there are a lot of people who have been conned and I think it is good that they make people aware of their experiences in the hope that other people may be saved from the trauma and more often than not the financial loss that they have been through.
I do not usually put posts on forums and it was only by accident that I saw this one. I APOLOGISE TO ALL FOR MY BAD HANDLING OF THIS SITUATION, as it is not something that I am experienced at.
