I dont know only that I seen an add on one of the major property magazines selling property in La Reserva saying the developement has full occup licence, I think I seen this add before but im nearly sure this was not mentioned. It looks like everthing is looking good. I think this is an add from the sales office. Prices are up o 240,000 approx fro 2 bedroom apt. I wish I could get this price for mine. La Reserva is a good developement for location and proioce and now it looks good for licence.

There's more than 300 appartments in la reserva de marbella that didn't have a license i can only assume the numbers are wrong in the paper.
Lets hope Marbella can recover from this nightmare, the economic gloom over the EU will not help prices but hopefully in time prices will improve. Marbella still has the weather( perhaps not this year so far) .

On our last visit we had our community meeting. Our vice-president is part of the developer's family, and a fair part of the meeting was discussing the PGOU which was due to come into force a few days after the meeting. She said she had been working with the Marbella council to get the LFO's as soon as possible. Apparently the council were asking for a tax payment of 0.3% of the value of the property to issue the individual licence for each property. She was fighting that as the application had been made in 2006, but said that to move things forward she would pay and then fight the council legally. This would indicate that she may have succeeded for some of us.

Yes it will, if the developer gives land back as compensation and he has two years to re apply for the li cence and give land. Up until last month he had not, and this came from a town hall official so where does this leave us all now? This information was received by an owner in Bloque 7 but no doubt other bloques will be in the same boat.
We are over shortly and if we can find out any more I will post it.
Shame this info came too late for AGM.
