Iberdrola contracts

Hi

We had what appears to be a contract in our post box when we were out a couple of weeks ago. We called Iberdrola who said that it is the annual contract that is sent out every year to renew our electric.

Has anyone had this themselves or know if this yearly renewal is correct ? Also, if this is correct and we don't sign it in time, will we get cut off ?

I'm reluctant to sign anything until I here back from a few people who have been owners for over a year and have had the same thing.

  the trouble is many of us have just come of builders electric,  my problem is i am being billed for upstairs and they are paying mine. all because somebody put the apartment number in paint on the box and it was the wrong way round.

cannot say i have heard of an annual renewal.
