In this way, let you know that during Easter, Tenants from Hotel PIERRE & VACANCES ALTEA HILLS, ( the old Melia Altea Hills), have been residing during the time of Holy Week in the Apt E1,
next to my Apt E2. These tenants from PIERRE & VACANCES have been offending in all areas of our building.
being loud, disturbing playing inside the elevators, disturbing the neighbors laughing and talking loud until late at night, etc.. I must say that I had friends (Potential Buyer) living in my house Apt E2 also at that time,
and they wanted to stay the whole week, instead they checked out after three days , and this have been the product of all the troubles caused by the tenants of Apt E1, from the Hotel PIERRE & VACANCES ALTEA HILLS.
We must find a solution to this problem, PIERRE & VACANCES ALTEA HILLS should not be renting people for short stay in Jardines and they are almost a mile away from our place.
WE NEED A SECURITY GUY ONLY FOR JARDINES, I said that before, but nobody wanted to listen. I have this know how from MIami, Florida. so we have solved this kind of problem there.
I've had in mind to propose or examine the idea to introduce a background check in 24 hours for anyone who is not owner and want to reside in Jardines for a very short time. If is possible to proof that this or these individuals tend to have bad behavior, that would be a reason for the denial of accommodation.
Remember how dangerous it is for homeowners who live in other cities or countries to know that PIERRE & VACANCES let people without background check in the building with just the intention of profiting, which ultimately harm us all.
We have already lost two POTENTIAL BUYER, and our property in theirs eyes is loosing in value. they don't want to buy any more, they never comeback again cause the hard time they have had residing there.
I reminded the director of PIERRE & VACANCES ALTEA HILLS, far from making money by renting to anyone who comes, are destroying the quality and reputation of the Area.
Who want to see his property loosing value? Come on Man???? what we need COMMONSENSE.
we need to handle this new situation with intellingence. We have been told from Ballester that we would reside in a Residential Area, and now they have Stress and we are living in an Area where everybody with little money can afford, delinquency, problems and more problems is what should be coming if we do nothing. All those owners who lives in other countries will never know what is happen in realtime in Jardines.
Here in Florida, US. we solved the problem with a Security Guy.
