Posted this in the other thread, but just in case anyone missed it ....
I'm in block 285. Got my solicitor to chase up Polaris as I was getting no useful information from them, and got the following email
"I have just spoken to Polaris and I was advised that the property is ready and the title deeds can be signed, but they do not have the habitation certificate yet. They think they will receive them in May.
Without the habitation certificates you will not be able to contract water and electricity.
However, if you sign the title deeds, you are the owner of the property if Polaris should go into liquidation."
Sounds positive news, but I'm not signing without the habitation certificate. Also there is the extended deadline looming for the end of the bankkruptcy protection period, so want to see how that affects things.
Also, I emailed Resortalia about the golf course and got the following email
"In fact the golf course hasn't been open the 1st of April, the builder
developer at the AGM for Terrazas de la Torre Phase 1 informed the owners
that there was a delay and it was not going to open. At this moment we
continue without a confirmed date."
