phase 2

hi can anyone tell me has phase 2 changed .the map i have only goes up to block 121 and the one i bought is in block 95 but i havent got it yet and polaris havent got back to me

but all these blocks are numbered in 3s ie 290 291 ect  and the phases are  phase 2 /12/13/14  I would try to get in touch with polaris  or your soliciter and insist you get a update with refrence to to your block no and what  phase its on if you can't make out the picture of the map send me your email address and i will e mail you a copy

Is any one else waiting for habitation licence on phase 2 we are in H block and we were told that it would be granted by the end of March beginning of April. also the golf course first 9 holes will open by the end of April, second 9 will open by the beginning of June when they will hold a Jack Nicklaus competition.

We are in block 288 and have also been told by our solicitor and Polaris that they are waiting for the Habitation Licence.

We would like to hear from anyone in the same position.

The opening of the golf course seems to be promised but dates come and go and still no golf.

We have reservations on completing the purchase if the course is not opened as to us it is a main part of the infrastructure.

The whole idea to us was to have front line golf plus the other facilities, The apartment on its own is not what we purchased.

Posted this in the other thread, but just in case anyone missed it ....

I'm in block 285. Got my solicitor to chase up Polaris as I was getting no useful information from them, and got the following email

"I have just spoken to Polaris and I was advised that the property is ready and the title deeds can be signed, but they do not have the habitation certificate yet. They think they will receive them in May.
