We have friends that live on roda and they have been in the apartments on phase 4 and told me of a number of changes that have been made from all the other phases ,
1.The front door is not the big triple lock one ,instead its a normal glass door that you can see through,now there is a wodden fenced off area at the front but the gate here is also only wooden so sercurity here is a big issue.
2.They have not put shutters on the patio door or window that face towards the pool at the back of apartment,now this is just stupid as along with the glass front door there is no way to secure the property when your not there .It means if you were going to try and rob an apartment which one would you choose ,the ones on the first 3 phases with there triple lock solid door and shutters or one on the phase where theres none of the above , they are nearly asking a robber to just concentrate on phase 4 cause its going to be so easy .
3.The marble unit under the sinks in the bathrooms has not been put in so as a result there is no storage at all in the bathrooms,in the contract that i checked there is actully a picture of this unit and i am just wondering does this have any legality.
