We bought through MRI, on another development not Corvera.

We are using the company you mention, we have so far not had any problems with them. Our lawyer answers any questions we have very quickly, I would not say they are independent due to the amount of work they must receive from MRI. We are happy with the service our lawyer is providing for us at this time

You could still appoint your own lawyer, I beleive if you wished to do so.

As this was our first time and we seemed to have no option but to use the MRI appointed lawyer at the time to pay the initial deposite it was a bit unsettling. This news is re-assuring.
