It is a shame that some do not wish for you to attend a meeting. It is up to each & every one of you what you want to do and it is your choice as to whether you wish to seek clarification or ask questions about the agreement from HdT. It is your money at risk, not that of JA who has allready stated in other posts that she has had her money back.

I do wonder why she is so frantic to stop us from working together to save our money and why she feels the need to continually insult me and in doing so demean us all.

As for the rumour/rubbish that is thrown around to try to scare or anger you into not acting to save your money, I ask that you treat it for what it is & ignore it.  Think hard on the fact that if the agreement is not accepted there is very little chance of getting any money back.

What you say is all well and good, but the problem I have is that in April 2006 I sat face to face with them and  they told me that 'all the licences were in place'.  I asked if I could see a copy of their bank guarantee before I paid my money and they said it was not possible as it comes from the bank (at that stage I had no reason to disbelieve), and that one would be sent out as soon as I paid my deposit 'normally about two weeks', (I'm still waiting).  So you see,  what's the point of being a fool twice.

One final question I have for you, you keep saying 'save your money', surely it should be 'save your house' as what happens if everyone votes yes and everyone wants their money???

What happens then???  I'll tell you what happens then, we wait another 4 or 5 years to end up in exactly the situation we are in today, except there will be no assets left.  Go figure....

Steve save your breath most of us know only too well that if you say yes you are legally bound by a contract so will have to purchase unless you want a long battle to get the contract resolved. There is no mention of this on any of the postings

Anyone going to the Birmingham meeting tomorrow ?

I am going to ask two questions only :-

1) Why did you not give me a BG

2) Will you give me a BG today in return for a 'yes' voteI

If they cannot supply me with a BG I will be walking out, very simple.

See anyone there that can be bothered to go!

Willsb they are only  going to give you a big excuse as to why BGs were not issued in the first place and an even bigger excuse as to why they can not be issued now !!!

If they are a company fit to continue they should not have misused the deposit money in the first place, They can not secure finance for the build they can not secure finance to secure BGs and much worse than this they  are treating all purchasers as investors in  the company not ! !!!!! Customers ,Not buyers ,Not consumers .,Not purchasers  but as people who approached them with a desire to invest in their company ,,,, !!!!!  This is completely wrong and the actions of  SARC have  perpetrated this very  view .In the eyes of the court and the judge  you are investors in SJ/HdT   .This is the view that  SARC all be it with the best of intentions have given with more than a little help fro m their friends   ,,,, It completely  is wrong !!!!

This is what makes me soooooooo mad .None of you are having a fair hearing as CONSUMERS but are  with Alum's clever use and abuse of SARC are only seen as investors in the company . This is largely down to the wishes of ALMU ET AL and SARCS fool hardy compliance with their wishes  .Please wake up and smell the roses .

You are being sailed down the river on a banana boat  . You are not investors you paid a deposit for a house , you did not choose to invest in a company ,you just agreed to buy a house !!!!! not invest in or  be responsible for the future of a company YOU JUST paid a deposit for a house .You are not  INVESTORS  just consumers !!!!!  Think about the vote !!! what are you voting for !!!!!  are you a share holder an investor or did you just want to buy a bloody house !!!!!!  Why should you as a customer be treated as someone who originally approached the company to invest  ? Ask SARC why you are being treated as investors ?   .
