Apartment Insurance

Can anyone recommend a good broker or insurance company for apartment insurance ?

Yes agree with Stonephil Intasure do seem very competative and easy to deal with although never put them to the test with a claim

I just looked at their policy wording and see that their standard cover doesn't cover anything if damage happens whilst a renter is in in residence.  They do, however, have an enhanced deal which includes damage etc by renters.  How much, approx, do they charge for a 2 bed with the enhanced policy?   Thanks.

Insured a two bed penthouse with them a couple of months ago with the additional accidental damage cover and it was £138

Thanks Jackie.  They just called me back with a p[rice £166.  The same as my Zurich policy that I got through PW so will probably stick with that this year.  Thanks for the quick reply though.  Arlene

 Hi, we have used Liberty Seguros, they offer an expat service with lower quotes than for Spanish customers, our agent is Eva and she was really helpful in getting us sorted, you can send me a PM and I will forward it.
