Pool company warning!!!

Hello,

We have bought in Carnoustie. I was just wondering if anyone has installed security shutters on the lounge and kitchen windows. Also has anyone found it necessary to have the floor tiles polished. We hope to buy furniture and have it delivered within a couple of days, I wonder has anybody else managed to do this, any tips are welcome. Several owners have already put shutters on windows - some even the front door ( not entirely sure that was necessary - but maybe some people feel 'better safe than sorry').Approx price for make and installation of window security grill varies from € 120 Euro - € 160 Euros, depending on width of window. Cost of security grill for patio doors is in the region of € 250 Euros. There are several good companies in the area doing this.

Floor polishing- if any of you feel that the floors have not been left in a good enough condition for furniture installation - you should really re-submit your snagging lists to Evemarina - via Rafael Sanchez.

It may be that you already have a date for furniture delivery, and that there is not adequate time for the developer to come back & redo floors. If this is the case - there are of course - people who are specialist marble polishers. Although you should not have to be paying out of your own pockets for this - it should have been right in the 1st place.

In some circumsatances - the developer will go back & repolish floors - once they know of each individuals signing date.
